The ABC's of Pre-Nuptial Agreements in Connecticut
We are pleased to announce that Frederic J. Siegel, Partner, Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, will be our guest speaker on the subject of The ABC's of Pre-Nuptial Agreements in CT - What they do and what they don’t do, and the consequences for clients who do not have them at our February 9th dinner meeting. Cash bar and cocktails will begin at 5:45 p.m., followed by dinner promptly at 6:30 p.m., speaker at 7:30 p.m., and we anticipate an end to the meeting between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.

Mr. Siegel, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers was recently named Chair of the Academy’s Committee on Public Service and Education at the national level in February 2010. With over 27 years experience in the practice of family law and divorce, Mr. Siegel has appeared as a feature commentator on divorce on CNN, Good Morning America and Inside Edition. Often quoted in the Wall Street Journal on matrimonial issues, Mr. Siegel recently authored a chapter on discovery in celebrity divorce cases for Aspen Publishers and has represented numerous celebrity and high profile clients throughout Connecticut. He recently was the attorney for the minor children in the Stephanie Seymour vs. Peter Brant divorce. Fred is on the adjunct faculty of the Cardozo School of Law in New York where he teaches Family Law. Fred recently won an award from the National chapter of the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for producing a video on divorce for their website. He has written many pre-nuptial agreements for very high net worth clientele and is a veteran of six fantasy baseball camps, retiring from fantasy baseball several weeks ago after attending the New York Yankees Fantasy Baseball camp in Tampa.
