Conservatorships and Issues of Reduced Capacity
We are pleased to announce that The Honorable Daniel F. Caruso, Fairfield Probate Court, will be our guest speaker on the subject of Conservatorships and Issues of Reduced Capacity at our December 4th Dinner Meeting at the Innis Arden Golf Club in Old Greenwich. Cash bar and cocktails will begin at 5:45 p.m., followed by dinner promptly at 6:30 p.m., speaker at 7:30 p.m., and we anticipate an end to the meeting between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
For more than twenty years, Judge Daniel Caruso has had a distinguished career as an attorney, elected official and now Judge of Probate for the District of Fairfield, Connecticut, and Chairman of the Connecticut Siting Counsel. Resident in the firm's Fairfield office, Judge Caruso has established a general practice that concentrates in Real Estate, as well as Trusts and Estates.
