Rearden, Jr., Judge of the Darien Probate Court, will be our guest speaker on the subject of Complex Litigation Involving Trusts & Estates at the first meeting of our 2010-2011 Program Season. Cash bar and cocktails will begin at 5:45 p.m., followed by dinner promptly at 6:30 p.m., speaker at 7:30 p.m., and we anticipate an end to the meeting between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.  \n \nJohn B. Rearden, Jr. has served as Judge of the Darien Probate Court since January, 1999. He has also been a Special Assignment Probate Judge since May, 2008, responsible for the Complex Trusts and Estates Litigation docket in Fairfield County. He has been a practicing attorney in Connecticut and New York since 1967. As a lawyer, he specializes in trusts and estates, and probate litigation. Judge Rearden is a graduate of Brown University, A.B.; New York University School of Law, L.L.B.; and New York University School of Law, L.L.M.
