ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF LOWER FAIRFIELD COUNTY, INC.

Please join us for our next virtual "breakfast" meeting featuring Rebecca A. Iannantuoni, J.D., Day Pitney LLC, on the topic of Special Needs Planning. We will kick off the presentation at 8:30am, followed by networking from 9:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Rebecca, co-chair of her firm's Special Needs Planning practice group, advises individuals and families on estate planning, particularly special needs planning, protective proceedings and eligibility for government benefit programs. She also represents clients in all aspects of estate and generational wealth planning, estate administration and other probate matters, including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Additionally, she is appointed to serve as a guardian ad litem, conservator, and guardian of intellectually disabled individuals in complex probate court matters.

Rebecca is a member of multiple organizations on behalf of individuals with special needs and often speaks covering diverse topics, including special needs planning, guardianship, and alternatives/supported decision-making, as well as government benefits for individuals with special needs.

Guest Attendees: There is a registration fee of $50 per guest, payable by check, credit card, or through their bank account via Zelle. All guests must provide their full name, professional designations (if any) and discipline, firm, phone, and email via email to epc-lfc@comcast.net. Emails must be provided for guests to receive the confirmation email with instructions on how to join the meeting.
